While the user is viewing our site certain information may be automatically obtained by our server, none of which is personal. The information obtained includes the website you came to Sunshine on, the time and date, the browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) on which you viewed our site and the operating system you are using. ***NO INFORMATION COLLECTED IS PERSONAL*** THE INFORMATION COLLECTED IS USED SOLELY TO ENHANCE THE EXPERIENCE BROUGHT TO THE USER BY CIRRUS AIR MANAGEMENT PERSONEL. NO OTHER PERSON SEES THE INFORMATION COLLECTED, NONE OF WHICH IS PERSONAL. Cirrus Air Application/Membership Information: When online users (i.e., future members) begin the application process they are required and asked to provide few but minor details about themselves. They are asked to TRUTHFULLY provide their Name, Valid E-Mail Address, and Birthday, Location is optional. This information obtained during the application process is in NO WAY used in outside airline affairs. The information used (Specifically E-Mail) is kept from the public unless the user allows the airline to place the e-mail inside that pilot’s profile. The other information obtained is simply a way to uniquely identify that user among many others. The information collected is not given to anyone outside of Cirrus Air in any form. However, please be aware that in accordance with United States laws and regulations, Cirrus Air may be required to provide the above information to law enforcement agencies or the Federal Bureau of Investigation if requested by such agencies. Cirrus Air COPPA Policy: We act in accordance with the COPPA Law, no excuses. The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), under this act, website authors are prohibited from the propagation in any form of personal information of individuals under the age of 13. As Cirrus Air asks users to provide such information, we are restricted (prohibited) from allowing any child (minor) under the age of 13 to contribute and become a member of the Cirrus Air team. IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 13, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO APPLY AS A MEMBER. CIRRUS AIR WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM AN UNKNOWINGLY FALSIFIED APPLICATION.
