User Agreement: As a User or Member of Cirrus Air, you acknowledge and agree to all of the following terms, conditions, and policies. Failure to agree to any of the following will render your Membership terminated (null and void). By submitting your Membership Application, you agree to these Terms of Use. The Cirrus Air website includes many links to sites outside of, and in no way related or affiliated with Cirrus Air. While we work to ensure that all linked sites through Cirrus Air are of good taste and are appropriate for our users, we are not responsible for the content or maintenance of those sites and cannot guarantee the current content of said sites. Links to any outside websites, does not mean that Cirrus Air assumes responsibility for the content of those websites. Once you have navigated to a web site outside of the Cirrus Air website, the Cirrus Air Terms of Use, Disclaimer, and Privacy Policy no longer apply and you are subject to the terms and conditions of the new web site. You specifically acknowledge that Cirrus Air is not liable for your defamatory, offensive, infringing or illegal materials or conduct, or that of third parties, and Cirrus Air reserves the right to remove such materials from the Cirrus Air website without liability. You further agree to indemnify Cirrus Air for all damages, costs or expenses Cirrus Air suffers or incurs as a result of your defamatory, offensive, infringing or illegal materials or conduct. You agree that by becoming a Member of Cirrus Air Team, you do not hold a legal contract with Cirrus Air, and that either Cirrus Air Staff team or yourself reserves the right to end (terminate) your membership at anytime without notice. You also agree that Cirrus Air is not legally responsible to provide any services to you and reserves the right to end operation at any time without reason or notice. You acknowledge that Cirrus Air is not responsible for immediately removing your personal information from our records without fair notice communicated to Cirrus Air that your Membership has been ended. You acknowledge that some of your personal information will be displayed on certain pages of the Cirrus Air web site. This information includes your full name, and is necessary due to the nature of Cirrus as a virtual airline. Cirrus Air may make improvements and/or changes in the products and/or programs described in the Cirrus Air Web site, including the terms and conditions of your use of this site, without liability. Cirrus Air Disclaimer: Cirrus Air is a Virtual Airline. Cirrus Air is a Virtual Airline, we (“Cirrus Air”) are in no way affiliated or related with any real-world company. We are not a real world airline, offer any actual flights, or own or lease any office spaces. We do not hire individuals for any sort of real world employment. We are a Virtual Airline based on the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 (A Century of Flight) and Microsoft FSX game. Any references or similarities to real world people, places, companies, trademarks, or products are strictly coincidental with some exception. Exceptions may include references to airports, aviation navigation, or aircraft manufacturers. Exceptions are used without permission, without intent to infringe upon copyrights. Cirrus Air is a non-commercial organization, and any donations are used strictly for the costs of operation. Cirrus Air does NOT pay their employees for their employment. When you become a pilot or even a staff member for Cirrus Air you are agreeing to a job that goes without pay. This is a free (non-profit) organization, same with your employment here at Cirrus Air. Furthermore, all flight informational material - charts, airport diagrams, calculators, etc., are for the sole purpose of Cirrus Air Members and should not be used in real world aviation under any circumstances.
